The Service constitutes digital content and digital services within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2019/770.
All content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
4. Account Access and Use

· You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
· You agree to provide accurate and complete information
· Account access is personal and may not be shared
We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached.
5. Acceptable Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content for your personal educational use only.
7. Conformity of Digital Content (EU Directive 2019/770)
We are responsible for ensuring that the digital content:
· Conforms to the description provided at the time of purchase
· Is of satisfactory quality, functionality, compatibility, and accessibility
· Is fit for the educational purpose for which it is supplied
We will provide necessary updates, including security updates, for the period required by EU law or as reasonably expected given the nature of the Service.
8. Remedies for Lack of Conformity
If the digital content does not conform to these Terms:
· You are entitled to have the content brought into conformity within a reasonable time, at no cost
· If this is not possible, you may be entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/770 and applicable national law
These rights apply in addition to any other statutory consumer rights.
9. Fees, Payments, and Withdrawal Rights
Where the Service is provided for payment:
· Fees are clearly disclosed prior to purchase
· Access is granted upon successful payment
EU consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content unless:
· Access to the content has begun, and
· You have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal
Any applicable withdrawal terms will be clearly presented at the point of purchase.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
· Breach these Terms
· Misuse course materials
· Engage in conduct incompatible with a professional learning environment
Termination does not affect statutory consumer rights.
